Refund Policy
Your happiness with our products is our priority so whether it is an error, a defect of some kind, or if you just changed your mind, we are an email away. Please get a hold of us within 30 days of receiving your item at info@llwoodencreations.com.
For a return or exchange, the item will need to be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To get started on a return or exchange, email us at info@llwoodencreations.com. You can opt to mail it back yourself or we can send you a return shipping label (shipping charges will be deducted from your return amount), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately at info@llwoodencreations.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Once we ship an item, we can not be held responsible for damaged, lost or undelivered items as a result of shipping. We will do our best to work with you and the shipping company to make things right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We are also unable to accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
Send us an email at info@llwoodencreations.com to arrange an exchange. Once we receive the item you no longer want, we’ll get the new one sent out. We ask that your item be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You can opt to mail it back yourself or we can send you a return shipping label (shipping charges will be deducted from your return amount), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less the cost of shipping if you opted to have us provide the shipping label. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund once we initiate the refund.
